finermac:

Growl, a very popular notification utility, has had a major overhaul and is now in the Mac App Store for just $2 (the first time the “project” has ever charged for its work). In addition to dropping the System Preferences pane (a requirement of getting stocked in the Mac App Store), it now has a “Rollup” window that collects notifications while you are away from your Mac. The feature is similar to Notification Center in iOS 5, as you can easily dismiss all notifications from a single app in Rollup, or all notifications at once.

Not only is it nice to get a MAS version of Growl, but we get a modest refresh of the app as well. At $1.99, this is a no-brainer.
